Timor Rot

This elegant Jasper is from America. The stone is streaked with beautiful bands of crimson red. Timor Red is a semi-precious-stone and not a homogeneous material like granite or marble. Although these are largely resin-sealed, it cannot be ruled out that, over time, individual particles may become detached or fine cracks may appear as a result of frost and strong UV radiation. However, this unique natural characteristic does not diminish the stone’s value. For these reasons, we are unable to provide any guarantee of frost resistance.
